Booking
After an online or telephone
enquiry we will make a provisional booking for you for a period of up to
two weeks. During this time, you will need to send us a completed booking
form and a 50% deposit.
On receipt of the booking form
and deposit, your provisional booking will become a firm booking, which we
will also confirm to you via email. If after two weeks of making a provisional
booking we have not received your booking form and deposit, we reserve the
right to make your dates available to other clients.
Deposit
We require a deposit of 50%.
This is refundable provided we receive a minimum of 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
Session overrun
If your session over-runs,
any additional time will be charged at our standard daily rate.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the
final balance must be paid in full by cash or cheque at the end of your session.
We will not release any audio recordings or master copies to you until the
final balance has been received.
